Jessie is your Early Careers Representative. Having joined as a graduate she is perfectly placed to support you and our early careers community in Solihull and Milton Keynes once you have joined.

What is an Early Careers Representative?

Our early careers representatives have volunteered for the role with the basic remit of representing and supporting our graduates, industrial placements and apprentices in each office.

Just like you they have joined the company within the last few years as a graduate and this is the reason they are able to truly understand the support you may need. Their activities include:

  • building networks
  • arranging social events
  • listening to your feedback
  • providing guidance
