What is an Early Careers Representative?

Our Early Careers Representatives have volunteered for the role with the basic remit of representing and supporting our Graduates, Industrial Placements, and Apprentices in each office.

Just like you they have joined the company within the last few years as a graduate and this is the reason they are able to truly understand the support you may need. Their activities include:

• Building networks
• Arranging social events
• Listening to your feedback
• Providing guidance

Interesting facts:

“I try to keep active by going to the gym and running, I occasionally play 5 aside football and am looking to get back into Hockey this coming season. I also love music and play guitar in my spare time; I always make the effort to attend gigs when an artist or band that I like are playing in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

I’m running the Edinburgh marathon in September (it was supposed to be in May) so that will give me more time for training which is a plus”.
